FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a headset with a bluetooth device with an Oron speaker with connectors for connection to a detachable oron unit, which connection means is formed by a speaker housing, which speaker housing has an anti-Oron device. used first portion and a second portion adjacent to the first portion which is accustomed to the bluetooth device, which first portion has a larger diameter than said second portion.
The invention further relates to an earphone unit for an earphone speaker of a bluetooth device, which earphone unit is arranged to be able to be attached to the icon speaker and inserted into a user's ear.
Background of the Invention An anxiety speaker connector means is conventionally formed with said first portion cylindrical. The cylindrical portion is intended to be pressed into a central continuous hall in the agitator unit and is retained therein by a radially directed cradle portion of the 6ron unit's hall, which cradle portion abuts the breath cradle of said first portion facing said second portion. This conventional design often entails a certain response when the loudspeaker housing is to be screwed into the Oron unit and attached to it.
Furthermore, an anxiety speaker for a bluetooth device is traditionally connected to the user's ear by means of an anxiety device which is attached to the speaker and inserted into the user's outer ear. The concern unit is generally made of rubber or similar material. It is removably attached to the loudspeaker and abuts against the mouth of the ear canal in the outer ear. This allows the user to listen to audio signals such as speech and music, received through the bluetooth device. Even if the icon unit in some cases decreases from the ambient sound coming in from the surroundings, this decrease is far from optimal and in some cases directly unsatisfactory, as the incoming ambient noise is disturbing.
A further problem with an anxiety speaker for a bluetooth device is, if the anxiety device is of a type that excludes all ambient noise, that one does not have access to unwanted information from notification sounds, e.g. traffic-related sound. This may involve a security risk. Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has as its object to obviate or at least reduce the problems and disadvantages described above.
This breathable material is according to the first aspect of the invention in that a headset of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1 has the special features specified in the preamble of claim 1. The first portion of the speaker housing thus has a decreasing diameter in the direction of the second portion toward the 6ron unit.
Due to the decreasing diameter, it becomes easier to insert the loudspeaker housing into the concern unit by sliding the tapered portion more easily behind the retaining cradle portion in the hall of the concern unit.
According to a preferred embodiment, said first portion has a conical shape. The conical shape is optimal when it comes to getting the part to be pushed in behind the retaining cradle part. In addition, it is a technically advantageous form.
According to a second aspect of the invention, the housed duct is arranged in that a headset of the type specified in the preamble of claim 3 has the features set out in the jug-shaped part of this claim. The Bluetooth device is thus provided with a microphone for receiving ambient sound, which microphone is provided with a muffler.
Thanks to this special microphone, the user of the headset can receive acoustic information Than the environment even in case the Oron speaker is connected to a 6ron device that mutes the sound. Because the microphone is also equipped with a muffler, the ambient sound level in Iran can be limited to a comfortable level.
According to a preferred embodiment, the muffler is a passive muffler that vaporizes incoming sound through the sound inlet.
A headset according to this embodiment has the advantage of being easy to manufacture and entails a risk of malfunction of the muffler.
According to an alternative preferred embodiment, the muffler is an active muffler arranged to vaporize sound above a certain sound level and without damping to let through sound below this sound level.
This is a less sophisticated design that provides a better controlled reception of ambient noise. Harmful and annoying noise is evaporated while sound 3 Than the environment that is anxious to receive by security shells, e.g. traffic signals and of communication shells, e.g. speech. The said certain sound level should therefore be so low that not only harmful but also noisy sounds are vaporized. At the same time, the sound level should be high enough to allow relevant information to enter through the speaker.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the bluetooth device is provided with a selector unit switchable between a first layer and a second layer, wherein in the first layer the microphone is activated to let through sound while communication through the bluetooth device is blocked and in the second layer said microphone is deactivated so that sound is not allowed through while communication through the bluetooth device is activated.
The saving function of the microphone can be applied regardless of whether it is equipped with a passive or active muffler. Through the selection unit, it becomes possible that when the need arises for completely interference-free communication, ensure that the ambient noise is almost completely shielded. As soon as a call through the headset is complete, the microphone can be activated again. This design thus combines! Pasta conceivable communication convenience with the increased security it meant to have access to ambient noise except during a call.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the selector unit is integrated with selector means for switching between, on the one hand, communication through the bluetooth device and, on the other hand, listening to a playback device connected to the bluetooth device, such as e.g. a music player.
This simplifies the maneuvering of the headset by the possibility of switching normally between switching and listening to music, i.e. by pressing the "Lift the handset" button or the "hang up" button, at the same time use to deactivate or activate the microphone.
Another alternative, which falls within the scope of the invention, is for these devices to be operated by separate keypads.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the headset is provided with a worry unit arranged for insertion into the hearing passage having a user and sound-absorbing abutment against the hearing passage.
With such a 6ron device, a much more efficient shielding of ambient noise is achieved, which can great communication and other listening through the headset. Conventional 6ron units for headsets are arranged for pressing on the ear without penetrating the ear canal and causing disturbing sound 4 to enter. The headset according to this embodiment is advantageously provided with a sound inlet with a silencer for controlled reception of ambient noise. According to further preferred embodiments, the headset is provided with a concern unit in accordance with the present invention as set forth below, in particular in accordance with the flag of the preferred embodiments thereof. Thereby, advantages of the corresponding kind are stated below for the invented Oron unit and the preferred embodiments thereof.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the headset, it comprises two anxiety speakers.
This results in improved undisturbed communication through the headset.
The communication can either be wireless or we a sound cable. The second concern speaker may also be equipped with a microphone for ambient noise.
The raised breathing needle is according to a further aspect of the invention in that a disturbance unit of the type stated in the preamble of claim 13 comprises the special features stated in the jug-shaped part of this claim. The worry unit is thus arranged to be able to be inserted into the ear canal and abut against the hearing passage, which worry unit has a continuous hall which, when the worry unit is inserted into the hearing passage, extends in the longitudinal direction of the hearing passage, which hall is provided with gripping means for form-retaining at the speaker of concern.
Thanks to the Oron unit being inserted into the ear canal, a considerably more effective seal against sound is achieved - the Iran environment is comparable to an Oron unit that is only employed in the outer space. As a result, the listening of the sound through the anxiety speaker becomes less disturbed and the user perceives the signals better.
Thanks to the fact that the continuous tail is provided with the form-fitted gripping member, it is ensured that the loudspeaker is securely seated in the Oron unit. In the present application, terms such as "inner", "outer", "inside", "outside" etc. and "axial" and "radial" are used. These expressions relate when the Oron unit is placed in a user's hearing aisle, which is then simply approximated to a circular cylinder. ! flat of course means the direction towards the brain and outside means the direction towards the bluetooth device. This unless otherwise explicitly stated as e.g. "radial food".
According to a preferred embodiment of the agitation unit, the gripping means comprises an abutment surface against the inner water of the horsel passage which extends radially along the periphery of the tail.
Thus, the grip means is specially adapted to the design of a bluetooth speaker that has been developed to standard. Namely, the standardized bluetooth speaker has an outer casing which is substantially cylindrical and which has a portion of reduced diameter adjacent to an inner portion of larger diameter and an outer portion of larger diameter. In this case, a radial cradle is formed in the housing at each branch. The said abutment surface of the oron unit will be able to abut against that of said cradles of the speaker housing which is adjacent to the inner portion. The form-fitting retention thus becomes effective and things.
Preferably, the abutment surface extends along the entire circumference of the tail. The abutment surface is thus all-round, which maximizes both retaining force and sealing against external noise.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the tail is provided with a radially matte flange, said abutment surface being formed by the side of the flange facing the inner wall of the ear.
This represents, from a manufacturing point of view, an easy way to achieve the abutment surface and gives additional strength to the holding force.
Preferably, the flange has a substantially constant inner diameter under an axial extent of 0.5 - 2 mm.
The flange then has a sufficient axial thickness to provide satisfactory resistance to loosening of the Oron unit. The retention force becomes larger the thicker the flange, so it is advantageous that it is in the nearest 2 mm. Approximately 2 mm is the upper limit for the flange to fit into the recess described above in the recess in the standardized speaker housing. The thicker the incoming sound towards the Than environment also gets better the thicker the flange.
Preferably, the flange has an inner diameter in the range 4.3 - 4.7 mm and an axial extent in the range 1.8 - 2.2 mm, the tail axially outside the flange has an inner diameter in the range 5.8 - 6.2 mm and has the tail axially inside the flange covered part an inner diameter in the range 5.8 - 6.2 mm, atnninstone near the flange a distance of at least 2 mm. With these dimensions, the tail of the worry unit is optimally adapted for attachment to a bluetooth speaker with a standard housing. The dimensions of the casing are such that the recess has a diameter of about 4.5 mm and a width of about 2 mm, and the part of the casing which is turned against the wall has a diameter of about 6 mm and a width of about 2 mm. It is especially advantageous if the said dimensions of the tail connect completely to the corresponding dimensions of the housing. This results in the best tankable retention and [asta tankable evaporation of sound from the surroundings.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the flange of the flange towards the water side of the bluetooth speaker conically diverges outwards along at least part of the course of the tail to its outer side.
The conicity facilitates taxiing of the worry unit by making it easier to step on the 6ron unit on the speaker housing. This meant correspondingly facilitating application as the headset according to the present invention where the first part of the housing has a similar shape. In particular, the application is facilitated when both the said portion of the icon speaker and the said flange has concern unit show conicity.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the anxiety unit has on its outside at least one outer flange arranged to abut against the ear canal, which outer flange is of elastic material, such as e.g. rubber.
The elastic outer flange will then, when the anxiety unit is inserted into the ear canal, abut with its outer periphery against the ear canal, the elasticity being such that at its outer periphery it is folded slightly towards the ear canal. A very efficient steaming of the sound is thereby achieved. Preferably, the turbulence unit has two, three or four such outer flanges. More outer flanges can also be refueled.
According to a further preferred embodiment, at least the flake outer flange, preferably all of them, has a substantially radially outwardly directed part and a part from the outer periphery of the outer flange substantially axially directed part.
The axially directed part further improves the sound damping due to the fact that it increases the contact surface of the outer flange against the horsel passage.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the agitation unit comprises a body challenge in a material which is compressible and re-expandable in order to enable its insertion into the ear canal and to act against it.
An earplug of a compressible belt expandable material for insertion into the ear canal is in itself a broken can, and is usually used to completely shut out sound. Sadana, however, does not normally have an open continuous channel for the sound when used. They are not possible to connect to a bluetooth speaker with a standard socket, and thus lacks grip means. Due to the compressibility, it is easy to squeeze when inserted into the & at. Choice of location expands it, giving an effective sound-absorbing effect along the entire length of the body in the hearing.
In this embodiment it may be appropriate for the tail to be provided with a lining covering which extends along at least a part of the axial extent of the tail, which lining is of a different material from the body, which other material has less elasticity than the body.
The half-walls thus have a relatively greater resistance to compression on the body of the anxiety unit. This ensures in an easy way an open passage axially through the tail as the body is compressed upon insertion into the ear canal.
The above-mentioned advantageous embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims. It is to be understood that further preferred embodiments may be constituted by the usual possible combination of the above preferred embodiments and by any possible combination of these with features mentioned in the following description of exemplary embodiments.
The invention is further explained by the following detailed description of examples thereof and with reference to the accompanying figures.
Brief Description of the Figures Fig. 1 is a side view, partly in section, of a headset according to the invention.
Fig. 2 is a side view of a second exemplary embodiment according to the invention.
Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section through a first detail of an anxiety unit according to the invention.
Fig. 4 is a longitudinal section through a second detail of a worry unit according to the invention.
Fig. 5 is a side view of a worry unit according to a further embodiment of the invention.
Description of exemplary embodiment 8 Fig. 1 shows, partly in cross section and partly in section, a headset in accordance with the invention and which is provided with a worry unit in accordance with the invention. The connection means of the headset and the concern unit are thus shown in a section through the center line of the connection means and the concern unit.
The header seat 1 is provided with a loudspeaker cabinet 2, to which the loudspeaker 3 is fixed by means of a loudspeaker housing 4. The loudspeaker housing 4 has an outer contour which makes it function as connecting means 4 to a worry unit 5. The worry unit 5 is releasably connected to the headset. connecting means 4. The concern unit has a continuous hall 6 extending in its longitudinal direction. The tail 6, when used towards the headset, has a geometry for co-operation with the connecting means 4 of the headset so that the icon unit 5 can be connected to it and retained.
The Oron unit 5 is intended to be inserted into a user's hearing aisle and is provided with radially outwardly directed outer flanges 7. The Oron unit 5 is made of rubber or another elastic material with similar properties. As it is inserted into the ear canal, its outer flanges 7 will deform slightly and abut against the cradle of the ear canal.
The connecting means 4 of the headset has a portion 9 closest to the concern unit 5 which has a larger diameter than a portion 8 located just outside this. The worry unit 5 has a complementary shape at the part of the hall 6 closest to the headset. the headset covered part 12 has a slightly larger diameter than the rest of the tail 6. At the part 12 with the larger diameter there is a misaligned flange 11 which at the abutment feeds against the part 12 with a larger diameter below a contact surface 13 is formed on the flange 11.
When the Oron unit has been pulled onto the connecting member 4, this abutment surface 13 will abut against the outer end wall of the inner portion 9 of the connecting member. Thereby a form-fitting connection is provided between the connecting member 4 and the 6ron unit 5, so that they are held together by moderate ice traction.
The inner portion 9 of the connecting member has an outer contour shaped like a cone 10.
When the connecting means is to be broken into a worry unit 5, i.e. the parts are separated Than each other, so the inner part 9 of the connecting part must be pressed from the outside against the aligned flange 11 of the icon unit and thereby push it away. Although the concern unit is made of rubber, this may be the answer. This is omitted by the cone of the inner portion 9 of the connecting member. 9 A microphone 14 is arranged on the speaker cabinet for receiving sound from the surroundings. The microphone 14 is equipped with a muffler 15. The muffler 15 may be of the passive type, i.e. it dampens all incoming sounds. Alternatively, the muffler 15 is an active muffler which, through steam, lets sound through below a certain sound level, but vaporizes the sound above this level.
The Bluetooth unit 1 is equipped with a selector unit 16 in the form of two buttons. With this, the microphone 14 can be muted if necessary as one wishes to communicate through the headset. The keypad can be the same as the one used to switch between communication and listening to music.
Fig. 2 shows a headset according to the invention which is provided with two anxiety speakers 3a, 3b. These are connected by an audio cable, but can alternatively be connected wirelessly.
Fig. 3 shows an alternative embodiment of a worry unit 5a according to the invention. The figure shows the part of the anxiety unit 5 which is located closest to the loudspeaker. The flange 11a which, with its inwardly facing side, forms abutment surface 13a against the innermost portion 9 of the loudspeaker housing 4 (cf. Fig. 1), has in this example the outwardly inverted side formed as a cone 17a. The purpose is to facilitate the passage of the loudspeaker housing 4 past the flange 11a cla oron unit 5a attached to the loudspeaker housing 4. This design of the flange 11a can advantageously be combined with the fact that the loudspeaker housing also has a cone-shaped spirit.
Fig. 4 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the outer flanges 7a of the concern unit. Each flange 7a has a substantially radially directed portion 71 extending outwardly from its tubular portion. At the outer spirit of the radial part 71 there is a substantially axially directed part 72. The purpose is to have an increased abutment surface against the user's ear canal.
Fig. 5 shows a further alternative embodiment of a worry unit according to the invention. In this case, the agitation unit 5b consists of a body 17 of a material which can be compressed and then re-expanded, e.g. foam plastic. It has a central continuous hall 6b for the passage of sound Than the speaker. At the spirit which is water towards the loudspeaker, the tail has a similar profile as the corresponding part of the tail of the anxiety unit in Fig. 1. The tail 6b can advantageously be coated with a stiffer material than the rest of the body 17. When inserting into the ear canal, the body 17 is first compressed vigorously so that it can be inserted. In place, it then expands so that it comes into contact with the ear canal along its entire length.
